Champion Manufacturing Names Tom O’Neill as New CEO

Champion Manufacturing, a leading name in the healthcare seating sector, proudly announces the appointment of Tom O’Neill as its new CEO. With over three decades of experience in operational leadership and strategic management in a variety of healthcare segments, O’Neill brings a proven track record of success to Champion Manufacturing.

Under O’Neill’s stewardship, Champion Manufacturing is set to undergo a transformational phase, marked by refinements in production, customer service, and logistics. Drawing on his proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and fostering a customer-centric approach, O’Neill aims to elevate Champion Manufacturing to new heights within the industry.

In his most recent role as President and CEO of Cognivue, O’Neill was instrumental in the company’s transformation into a thriving commercial business by developing a strategic framework, launching next-generation devices, securing customer partnerships and doubling revenue annually.

Prior to his role at Cognivue, Tom held executive positions at leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Hologic Incorporated, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Bausch + Lomb, and SynergEyes.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from The University of Akron in Ohio. In addition to his professional achievements, he is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors, serving as a board member and president of Gigi’s Playhouse of Rochester, a non-profit organization that empowers individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.
