Champion offers several flexible delivery options to meet your needs. We can ship through your preferred carrier for dock pickup, or we can arrange door-to-door delivery using our trusted LTL partner. Door-to-door delivery requires either a truck-height receiving dock or a designated lift gate. In these cases, your team will be responsible for bringing the product inside and removing it from its packaging.
For a more hands-off experience, we also offer White Glove delivery, which includes delivery into your facility, unloading, unboxing, placement, and removal of all packaging materials. Home delivery and international shipping options are also available.

In general, our fabrics are selected to be compatible with common healthcare sanitizing products, including 10% bleach solutions, alcohol, and “quat” cleaners such as CaviCide wipes and sprays. We recommend wiping surfaces with plain water after each round of sanitizing to reduce chemical residue buildup, which can shorten the fabric’s lifespan. The same wipe-down procedure is recommended for side tables.

Enhanced Warranties are optional upgrades that can be purchased at the time of your original order or within four (4) years of owning your chair(s). Champion offers a 5-Year Enhanced Warranty—available when purchased within one year of the original chair purchase—that provides full, top-to-bottom coverage, including mechanical and electrical components, as well as annual on-site preventative maintenance to deep clean, inspect upholstery, and keep your chair in optimal working condition.
Enhanced Warranties purchased between years one and four include three (3) years of the same comprehensive coverage.
