Preventative Maintenance
Our premier, comprehensive service program which preserves and protects the long-term condition of your medical seating product(s), allowing your staff to focus on patient care. It incorporates quarterly preventative maintenance that includes:
- Deep cleaning (top-to-bottom, with safe and proven stain removers )
- Service priced per chair for predictable budgeting (additional charges for any parts used)
- Comprehensive in-servicing for clinical staff
- Complete, written fleet assessment by serial #, including an infection control survey of upholstery

On-Call Repair
- Mechanical and electrical repairs, upholstery replacement, diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Replacement and installation of standard parts
Vinyl Restoration
If your vinyl is beginning to show signs of wear-and-tear, could use a little TLC, or if you are looking for a completely new color or pattern, you can choose to renew the vinyl on your Champion medical seating / product.

Champion offers a 5-year Enhanced Warranty for all chairs that provides full “top-to-bottom” comprehensive coverage* that includes mechanical and electrical parts, along with annual preventative maintenance onsite visits to deep clean, inspect upholstery, and maintain ideal working order.
*Warranty applies only to chairs signed up to the program and are trackable via serial number. Upholstery repairs receive a 20% discount with the program. Available only in the 48 contiguous states.
