$1K allowance per unit
$1K per unit allowance toward the purchase of a new T-Series unit (any chair model). This $1K will be taken off the base price of the T-Series chair.

No limit on chairs
There is no limit on how many chairs can be used in this promo. If you have 5 working TMMs on your floor, you can decommission all 5 and get $1K toward the purchase of 5 T-Series chairs for a total savings of $5K.

For current TMM owners
Customer must have a TMM unit to decommission. This promo is not designed for new T-Series users who don’t currently own any TMM units to decommission.

Proof within 15 business days
End User must provide proof of “cutting the cord” of their old TMM unit within 15 business days of their new T-Series unit(s) arrival. Champion will provide instructions on how to do this. For ongoing patient care, continue using TMM chairs until the new T-Series units are in service.
